R&R Classic Carwash-Waukegan IL

T&K Builders is proud to deliver a brand-new, state-of-the-art full-service car wash for R&R Classic Car Wash in Chicago’s Irving Park neighborhood. This ground-up project features a modern 5,800 square foot building with an automated tunnel wash, 18 vacuum stalls, office, storage, and mechanical rooms, plus extensive concrete and asphalt paving, high-visibility entry/exit lanes, ADA parking, and professional landscaping. Designed for high daily volume and customer convenience, the facility includes a prominent tunnel wash with overhead signage, a long canopy over the vacuum stations, and strong branding opportunities. From demolition through final paving and landscaping, T&K Builders handled the complete turnkey site package.
